PASS Stock is a comprehensive Windows-based inventory management and warehouse control software solution. This powerful Warehouse Management System (WMS) provides accurate, real-time perpetual inventory tracking by recording all incoming and outgoing goods and monitoring internal stock movements.

With PASS Stock, you can effortlessly count inventory, process goods receipts and dispatches, enter or import sales orders, and benefit from guided order picking features. The software utilizes Android PDAs or smartphones to efficiently capture inventory data, including stock counts, movements, receipts, and shipments, using barcode labels printed directly from the system.

A key strength of PASS Stock is its ability to maintain full batch traceability, offering detailed inventory records by location and date. It seamlessly integrates modules for production and quality control, ensuring complete product traceability from initial production through final delivery to the customer.

PASS Stock operates fully autonomously and does not require an internet connection, allowing uninterrupted inventory management even during internet outages. Your data remains securely within your control at all times.

• Importing data
  Effortlessly import customers, suppliers, products, locations and inventory.
• Receiving of goods
  Goods can be booked in using the Windows application or an Android device. Real-time WiFi updates are supported, and if WiFi isn’t available, batch mode via Bluetooth ensures smooth operation. Multiple options are available for Commodity, Serial, and Batch item types.
• Stock Counting
  Easily count stock using a handheld scanner, Android PDA, or PC—whatever works best for your workflow. With full multi-user support, multiple team members can count simultaneously to speed things up. Once done, effortlessly reconcile the results with your current inventory to spot any discrepancies and keep your stock levels accurate.
• Production
  Easily transfer raw materials or components from the warehouse to the production line while recording production quantities in real time. Finished goods are automatically added back into warehouse stock, and any unused materials are returned to their allocated locations—ensuring efficient tracking and maintaining a FIFO (First In, First Out) system for future production runs. Produces goods can be tracked all the way back to the source by the Cradle to Cradle tracking system.
• Sales Orders
  Sales orders can be raised manually or imported from your ERP system, triggering a picklist for fast, accurate order fulfilment. Goods are picked, and a dispatch note and optional invoice are generated. With a single barcode scan on dispatch, stock is automatically updated and marked as sent. The system supports flexible workflows—whether it’s front-desk ordering (à la Argos), e-commerce picking, kit-based orders like IKEA, or location-based guided picking to boost efficiency.
• Lending
  Not all items leave stock—tools and reusable equipment, for example, are often lent out. With the Lend and Return module, you can use a PDA to scan items from your barcode list (perfect for tools where labels don’t last). Detailed reports show everything currently on loan. Unlike issued items, which are removed from stock, lent items remain part of your inventory and are fully trackable across all reports.
• Quality Control
  Quality control is seamlessly integrated into every stage of the WMS workflow—from goods in, through production, to final dispatch. Whether you’re checking individual items or entire batches, QC checks can be recorded at any point in the process. You define your own quality criteria, which are then converted into scannable barcodes—making the capture of results fast, consistent, and highly accurate. Every check contributes to a complete traceability record, ensuring you’re always audit-ready and fully prepared in the event of a recall. With QC built directly into your operations, quality becomes a natural part of the workflow—not a separate step.
